Leaders in Youth Ministry..........

Im a Leader at 2 youth groups at the moment... tuesday night Jr. High, and thursday night Sr. High... Its very rewarding being able to be there to Listen, and just be a positive part of these kids lives... but it has taught me to Check myself... Like who are these kids?... what have they been through?... what have they seen?... the smallest thing could push them away... Then wheres the ministry?......

We need to be Contantly aware... not just at Church.. and Youth Groups.. but in our Everyday lives...... because we are, who we are... you cant be Genuine if your constantly watching yourself only when your around certain people, and groups...

I need to Live out what Im showing the kids.. because they will follow my Example... and will only put on a Face at Church......

So be the Light... be the Diference... be the one to go against the flow and Inspire a Generation to be diferent.....

Is the Prayer I have been Contemplating for the past few months.... it seems that with everything thats going on under the surface in my life... I just want to build up walls and keep it in... No one needs to know whats happining.. no one can help... i dont want to be a Burden....
But I will be the Shoulder to cry on... I will be there to bear your burdens for you..... I will listen to you and not be Judgmental I will be there.....
but how do you know?... how do I know to be there and who to be there for?....

steps out on a busy street and see's a Girl trying to Hide whats underneath... and a Man who's asamed to tell his wife he's out of work.... Whats the Tell... how do we be there when no one takes the time?.... what if that Girl who sold me a Coffee tonight went home and commited Suicide because of something unspoken... I didnt see the Hurt..... I didnt see the Need... the Lost Soul....
I want to be there... I want your eyes God.. and not only for the Future... but I want a Second Glance so Please give me a Second Chance to see the way you see the People all along
